Ingredients:
2 Apples
6 lettuce leaves
2 C. Sesame
Ready Mode:
1 .- Wash the apple and lettuce.
2 .- part apple, the heart is removed and pieces are then passed through the juicer.
3 .- The same with the lettuce leaves.
4 .- Blend or mix the juice with two tablespoons of sesame.
5 .- pour it into a glass and take it.
* The properties of this juice is good to fight insomnia and depression.
