Grapefruit Juice and Strawberry

Ingredients:

 1 large grapefruit
 Rate ¾ Strawberries (strawberries)
 1 C. Honey

Procedure:

1 .- Wash the fruit.
2 .- Cut the grapefruit and remove the juice.
3 .- Go through the extractor strawberries (strawberries)
4 .- Mix together and top with honey.
4 .- You can add a little ice if desired.

* The properties of this juice are good for circulation problems.

Grapefruit Juice Pineapple

Ingredients:

 1 Grapefruit (grapefruit) large or 2 medium
 2 slices pineapple

Procedure:

1 .- Thoroughly wash grapefruit and squeezes.
2 .- Peel the pineapple, cut two slices and pass through the juicer.
3 .- Mix in a large glass and drink.
