Pineapple Juice, Grapefruit and Apple


Ingredients:

 2 Grapefruit (grapefruit)
 1 slice of pineapple (pineapple)
 1 large apple

Procedure:

1 .- Wash and disinfect the fruit.
2 .- Part Grapefruit juice and extracts.
3 .- Go through the fan the apple slices and pineapple.
4 .- This mix it well with grapefruit juice.
5 .- Serve and drink.

* This burns fat and juice provides vitamin C. Highly recommended to stay in shape.

Carrot juice, Apple, Celery and Beet

Ingredients

 2 carrots
 2 Apples
 2 stalks celery
 ½ Beets (beetroot)

Prepare Mode

1 .- Wash the ingredients perfectly.
2 .- the whole party so you can wipe the juice extractor.
3 .- Mix thoroughly.
4 .- Serve in a large glass and enjoy this delicious juice.

* This juice is good for skin problems.

Carrot, apple, orange and tomato

Ingredients to prepare: Carrot, apple, orange and tomato

 1 - carrot
 1 - Apple
 1 - Tomato
 1 - Orange

Preparation:
Wash apples, peel the carrots and go through the blender. grate the tomato pulp and strain. Mix all the juices and add the squeezed orange juice.
Serve cold and take immediately to seize all the properties of this juice.
